Our consultants are licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) — the federal regulator of immigration consulting. That is not a marketing badge; it is a set of enforceable obligations:
- Bound by the CICC Code of Professional Conduct
- Professional liability insurance on every file
- Subject to College oversight and a formal complaints process
- Every license publicly verifiable in the CICC register

What an RCIC can and cannot do
A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant can assess your eligibility, prepare and submit applications on your behalf, represent you before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), and advise you at every step. Level 2 (L2) covers full representation to IRCC; the RCIC-IRB class (Level 3) additionally authorizes representation before the Immigration and Refugee Board.
No consultant — regulated or otherwise — decides the outcome of an application or can guarantee approval. Decisions rest solely with IRCC. Anyone who promises otherwise is telling you something a licensed professional is not permitted to say.
